Megan is a former Director of Operations turned TC business owner who doubled her units in the first year! She is obsessed with the transaction coordination process and elevating the experience for her clients and agents alike. Megan has built the foundation of her company, Lighthouse Agent Services, on educating the client and agent while creating a fun, professional, and exciting experience when buying and selling properties.

Leaving a job with no plan - who does that? Taking a chance in real estate and knowing she was in full control of her destiny, Megan is here today to talk about her Rookie to Pro experience.
